What is HNC

The gentle bodywork

Get in balance with the help of HNC (human neuro cybrainetics). HNC has evolved from Chiropractic, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Osteopathy, Sacro-Occipital-Technique (S.O.T.), parts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) such as Acupressure. It has a very extensive effect on the body.

HNC helps to bring the body into it’s optimal physical aliment. Also will it address mental conflicts that are tied to physical issues. By accepting conflicts and letting them go, it may release also physical discomfort or pain. The aim of a HNC session is to equip the body with it’s maximum resilience towards the surrounding. So one can make the right decisions for one self.

HNC is for everyone

HNC is suitable for everyone. From the newborn to the life-experienced person. It brings everyone back to their center and gives them strength.

Already in the first session the most important issues are directly addressed through bodywork. The mental issues are always in connection with physical ailments. Through kinesological testing, HNC quickly gets to the core of the problem. With fine hand touches, the body is de-stressed and relaxed so that it functions optimally. The goal of HNC is that any nerve stimulus transmission can take place on the direct path in the body. HNC releases blockages and makes the body strong.

For babies

HNC helps babies after birth to ease into life. The effects of the actual birthing process can be overwhelming and HNC can help resolve these issues and make the newborn arrive smoothly on earth. With HNC as an aftercare it can dissolves unpleasant experiences. HNC can help the baby to be more grounded and feel more relaxed, drink calmly and might become more receptive during the day.

HNC is good for all children. It supports the development and growth. HNC also supports well in case of learning difficulties (ADHS), physical pain, growing pains, including scoliosis, accidents of all kinds, as well as restlessness. The child might becomes more self-confident, stays with itself and is more capable of learning in all areas of life.

For adults

As an adult, the body has experienced a lot and through physical and psychological influences. It has learned to compensate cleverly in everyday life. HNC can dissolve these detours and thus optimize the physical movement ability. This leads to more serenity and steadfastness in life. Likewise, HNC supports that we stay with ourselves and we stay true to ourselves. This will eliminates and de-stresses physical and mental conflicts. This also allows the liver to bounce back and the immune system to function at it’s best. General applications might be: in case of accidents/ traumas of all kinds, pre- and postnatal care for pregnant women, disc problems, back problems, pelvic floor weakness and general malaise.

How it works exactly

Through various muscle tests, it is determined which control circuits no longer function properly. Afterwards, the brain/nervous system is enabled to process stimuli normally again via muscles, reflex points and reflex zones, acupuncture points, bones and other “trigger points”. Reflexes, muscles, bones, trigger points and other areas are gently stimulated or corrected.

Our nervous system filters, processes, and memorizes all experiences. The body reacts differently depending on the stimulus.
Even today, we are still responding to evolutionary patterns: when danger threatens, our nervous system either wants to defend us or get us to safety by running away. A “fight or flight” reflex is triggered, or both at the same time. Our nervous system responds to many things as threats that we do not necessarily perceive as such on a rational level: it responds to an unpleasant conversation with the boss with a similar but suppressed fight-or-flight response as it does to an actual physical attack.
However, since we usually do not run away or “punch back” in situations such as the unpleasant conversation with our boss, this flight-or-fight reflex remains as a kind of “unfinished business” in our system, and over time these “unfinished business” tasks accumulate like people in line at the only open supermarket checkout.
This can mean, for example, that subconsciously we are constantly receiving internal signals to grit our teeth for a fight, to protect our head, to flex our muscles for a “punch”, or to turn around and run away. The corresponding muscles then become “ready for action,” increase their basic tension, and get ready to perform the corresponding activity, to fight or to flee. As this activity ceases and new tension signals are constantly being sent to the muscles, the basic tension of the muscles increases again, sometimes physically manifested as “tension” or other symptoms.
The result can often be other symptoms that we may not initially associate with stress or tension. For example, high blood pressure or pain symptoms, but also problems in the musculoskeletal system and many others can be caused by this unconscious control of our body.
For a time, the body can usually compensate. However, over the years, or as a result of individual stronger influences, a point may be reached where “the bucket overflows” and symptoms of illness appear. The triggering event may be something we would normally consider trivial. – The risk assessment of our subconscious mind often sees it differently. With the help of neural balancing techniques, we can now specifically intervene in the body’s misguided control circuits and correct them.
Using a muscle test similar to a kinesiology test, we can identify which regulatory circuits and muscles in the body are blocked and give the body the appropriate “information” to reverse this. Due to the extremely fast signaling speed of our nervous system, information that enters the body via Neural Balancing Techniques (HNC) is converted extremely quickly. Very often this is experienced by the patient as a great relief.
Neural Balancing Techniques can be very helpful whenever something is “out of sync”.

HNC uses parts of all these techniques to achieve fast and effective therapeutic results.

Development of HNC

After decades of research the method HNC was finalized, combining the following techniques:  Neuronal Organization Technique (NOT),  osteopathy, acupressure, chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, sacro-occipital therapy (S.O.T.).

The main features of HNC were provided by DR. Med. Carl Ferreri from New York City/ USA, who developed the Neural Organization Technique: N.O.T. The findings of Dr. C. Ferreri and his own experience in treating humans led to the development of HNC : Human Neuro Cybrainetics. The treatment method HNC was finalized and established by German therapists (Clemens Künstner, Ruth Schwartz, Dr. Peter Pokatis, etc.) until 1998.
